Marwa Moaz is the founder and owner of Bridging Inclusion. Marwa is a DEI strategist specializing in qualitative research for corporate, non-profit, academic, and federal enterprises. 

She has expertise facilitating listening sessions, workplace DEI trainings, survey research, user-experience testing, and has moderated focus groups and interviews domestically and internationally in multiple languages. Marwa intermittently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at The George Washington University. She grew up in the DC metropolitan area and enjoys spending time with her daughter and two cats.

Rebecca O. Amadi | Consultant

Rebecca Amadi is an awarded racial justice advocate and researcher with over five years of experience organizing communities, base building, and analyzing policy. She has a strong working knowledge of what it takes to implement racial justice strategies at the grassroots and federal levels.

Kimberly Anastácio | Consultant

Kimberly Anastácio is an award winning, peer-reviewed, published communications researcher. She has a strong background in social media analytics, data mining, and policy evaluation. Kim is fluent in Portuguese and has conducted research in the continental United States as well as Brazil.
